MIEMBROS
los miembros del moto club Dragon’s Knights, son personas leales, honradas, humildes, pacientes, decorosas, gentiles respetuosas y protectoras, todo lo anterior dirigido hacia los miembros del club, familiares, amigos y otros.
Los miembros del moto club participan de manera activa en las reuniones, eventos locales y salidas a carretera, también respetaran las políticas, procedimientos, medidas de seguridad, y los estatutos exhibidos en el presente reglamento.
MEMBERS
Members of the Dragon’s Knights motorcycle club are loyal, honest, humble, patient, decent, courteous, respectful, and protective individuals, with all the above qualities directed towards the club members, their families, friends, and others.
Members of the motorcycle club actively participate in meetings, local events, and road trips. They also respect the policies, procedures, safety measures, and bylaws outlined in this regulation.
Es Obligatorio por todos los miembro oficiales, Cumplir y hacer cumplir el presente estatuto.
Es requisito tener y conducir motocicleta UNICAMENTE DE TIPO CHOPPER, CUSTOM, BOOBER, CAFÉ RACER, SCRAMBLER, FLAT TRACKER O STREET TRACKER, deberá estar en excelentes condiciones de desempeño y con todos sus documentos en regla.
El integrante del moto club deberá contar con licencia de conducción vigente
Como miembro del club tendrá que tener conocimientos generales del código de policía y ley tránsito de Colombia.
Respetar ante todo los señalamientos de tránsito y las reglas viales.
Es obligatorio conducir con las medidas de seguridad básicas como: USAR CASCO, GUANTES, CHAMARRA, BOTAS, etc., entre otras y según el clima. (NO CHANCLAS NI SANDALIAS, no bermudas con algunas excepciones).
Portar siempre el parche en las sesiones, eventos o rodando con miembros de Dragon Knights o con clubes externos y en cualquier circunstancia que les sea posible. (sea chamarra o chaleco)
Participar siempre en las Rodadas Obligatorias Convocadas por el club, asi como a las reuniones y sesiones del mismo las cuales tengan carácter obligatorio.
Para eventos fuera del club, siempre será requisito anunciar la asistencia a el evento, así mismo será responsabilidad del integrante tratar de hacer lo posible por asistir a las invitaciones que le realicen, recordemos que el Club lo hacemos TODOS.
Ante todas las circunstancias se deberán respetar las decisiones del Presidente y Vicepresidente.
Se deberán de respetar las decisiones y acuerdos generados por la mayoría de los integrantes. (no incluye prospectos o nómadas)
Respetar a todos y cada uno de los integrantes del moto club, y así como también al resto de la sociedad de manera física o verbal.
Deberán ser conscientes de la conducta de cada uno, por ningún motivo buscar pleitos o problemas públicos portando el uniforme o parche del moto club, y solamente en caso de defensa propia o cuando algún miembro del MC sea agredido, pero no sin antes de buscar una solución pacífica al problema.
Promover la Hermandad entre los miembros del club en toda circunstancia y apoyo mutuo.
Siendo miembro de Dragon Knights MC tendremos la responsabilidad de promover el motociclismo dentro y fuera de nuestro club.
Siendo cordiales con los compañeros motociclistas y siempre apoyando al club a crecer con miembros nuevos referidos de uno ya ingresado.
Siempre promoviendo el motociclismo seguro y con responsabilidad, recuerda que, al portar el parche del club, portas el nombre de cada uno de los integrantes.
Solidarizarse con los problemas relevantes de los miembros del Club, asistir siempre en el camino, ayuda mecánica, problemas de salud, etc.
Siempre ser honesto con el Club, en las buenas y las malas, estamos para apoyarnos en todos los aspectos, si existiera alguna inconformidad siempre es bueno expresarla sin barreras, y sin excepciones, siempre debemos estar abiertos para obtener nuevas amistades y no enemistades.
No mostrar diferencia personales entre los integrantes del MC o con otras personas cuando se concentren con miembros del MC o terceros.
Participar en los eventos de caridad que el club organice, cubrir con los requisitos mínimos que se requieran según la ocasión; participar en las sesiones o eventos internos del MC, siempre apoyando y representando al MOTOCICLISMO, y aprendiendo a compartir con nuestras familias y las de nuestros hermanos motociclistas los eventos sociales organizados por nuestro MC.
Respetar las decisiones de la mesa directiva.
Cumplir a cabalidad con las expensas comunes mensuales solicitadas por el club para el respectivo mantenimiento, administración y manejo del mismo.
Cumplir a cabalidad con las compras de prendas que sean exclusivas del club.
It is mandatory for all official members to comply with and enforce these bylaws.
It is a requirement to own and ride a motorcycle ONLY OF THE CHOPPER, CUSTOM, BOBBER, CAFÉ RACER, SCRAMBLER, FLAT TRACKER, OR STREET TRACKER type, and it must be in excellent working condition with all documents in order.
Members must have a valid driver’s license.
As a club member, you should have a general knowledge of the Colombian police code and traffic laws.
Always respect traffic signs and road rules.
It is mandatory to ride with basic safety measures, SUCH AS WEARING A HELMET, GLOVES, JACKET, BOOTS, ETC., as well as appropriate clothing for the weather (NO flip-flops or sandals, no shorts except for some exceptions).
Always wear the club patch during meetings, events, while riding with Dragon Knights members or with external clubs, and in any circumstances where it is possible (whether on a jacket or vest).
Always participate in Mandatory Rides organized by the club, as well as in meetings and sessions that have mandatory character.
For events outside the club, it is always required to announce attendance. It is also the responsibility of the member to try to attend invitations extended to them. Remember that we all contribute to the club.
In all circumstances, respect the decisions of the President and Vice President.
Respect the decisions and agreements made by the majority of members (excluding prospects or nomads).
Respect each and every member of the motorcycle club, as well as the rest of society, both physically and verbally.
Members should be conscious of their behavior at all times. Under no circumstances should they seek public conflicts or problems while wearing the club uniform or patch, except in cases of self-defense or when a MC member is attacked, but always attempt to find a peaceful solution first.
Promote brotherhood among club members in all circumstances and provide mutual support.
As a member of Dragon Knights MC, you have the responsibility to promote motorcycling both within and outside our club.
Be friendly with fellow motorcyclists and always support the club’s growth with new members referred by current members.
Always promote safe and responsible motorcycling. Remember that when you wear the club patch, you represent each of the members.
Offer assistance with significant problems faced by club members, such as mechanical issues, health problems, etc.
Always be honest with the club, whether in good times or bad. We are here to support each other in all aspects. If there is any dissatisfaction, it is always good to express it without barriers and without exceptions. We should always be open to making new friendships, not enemies.
Do not show personal differences among club members or with others when gathered with MC members or third parties.
Participate in charity events organized by the club, meeting the minimum requirements as per the occasion. Participate in club internal sessions or events, always supporting and representing motorcycling, and learning to share with our families and those of our fellow motorcyclists in social events organized by our MC.
Respect the decisions of the board of directors.
Fully comply with the monthly common expenses requested by the club for its maintenance, administration, and management.
Fully comply with the purchase of exclusive club clothing.
Las personas interesadas por participar en nuestro club, deben solicitar la integración a Dragon Knights MC
mediante una solicitud realizada a cualquiera de los integrantes de Dragon Knights MC que sean full patch
verbalmente o por escrito, la cual se analizara por parte de la mesa directiva y demás miembros del club.
De ser favorable, poco después todo prospecto deberá estudiar y conocer los estatus del MC, así como también
respetarlos.
Solo aceptarán como prospectos, a los apadrinados (Sponsor) por un miembro, que sea full patch en el MC.
El prospecto deberá cancelar el valor correspondiente a su respectiva chaqueta y/o chaleco del club con los
respectivos parches, teniendo presente que la chaqueta será de su propiedad, pero todos los parches que hagan
alusión o muestren a Dragon Knights MC no le pertenecen.
Los Prospectos estarán en un periodo de prueba donde se evaluará asistencia, el grado de participación,
compromiso, solidaridad, hermandad y otros de los prospectos, no obstante, no será obligación de los
Prospectos asistir a las todas las rodadas y/o eventos, pero si es obligación, el presentar excusas a la ausencia
de estas rodadas o eventos.
Recuerden que los miembros full patch del MC siempre estamos evaluando posibles prospectos para nuestro
club.
Los prospectos no son sujeto de participación en las decisiones del MC. Y podrán ser excluidos en algunos
eventos a discreción del MC.
Una vez evaluado el candidato a miembro, podrá ser aceptado o no y dependerá de la mesa directiva la decisión
de revocar o aceptar su participación como miembro del MC.
El prospecto solo podrá portar el parche, insignia autorizado del MC y hacer uso del mismo solo con autorización
del MC, pero también deberá portar su respectiva insignia que lo identifique como prospecto y bajo ninguna
circunstancia podrá quitarla sin la debida autorización del Presidente o Vicepresidente.
El prospecto deberá cancelar el valor correspondiente mensual para el manejo y operación del club, tal como
trata en el punto cuotas y gastos de recuperación de este documento.
Individuals interested in joining our club should request membership in Dragon Knights MC through an application made verbally or in writing to any full patch member of Dragon Knights MC or through a link shared by the club. The application will be reviewed by the board of directors and other full patch club members.
If favorable, shortly after, every prospect must study and understand the MC’s bylaws and abide by them.
Prospects will only be accepted if sponsored by a full patch member of the MC.
The prospect must pay the corresponding fee for their respective club jacket and/or vest with official patches. Please note that the jacket will be the property of the prospect, but all official patches representing Dragon Knights MC do not belong to them and must be returned to the club if they leave.
Prospects will be in a probationary period where attendance, level of participation, commitment, solidarity, brotherhood, and other aspects of prospects will be evaluated. However, it is not mandatory for prospects to attend all rides and events, but it is mandatory to provide excuses for any absence from these rides or events.
Remember that full patch members of the MC are always evaluating potential prospects for our club.
Prospects do not have the right to participate in MC decisions and may be excluded from some events at the discretion of the MC.
Once the candidate’s membership is evaluated, they may be accepted or rejected, and the decision to revoke or accept their membership as an MC member will depend on the board of directors.
The prospect can only wear the authorized MC patch and use it with the MC’s authorization. They must also wear their respective prospect identifier at all times and under no circumstances remove it without the proper authorization from the President or Vice President.
The prospect must pay the corresponding monthly fee for the management and operation of the club, as described in the section on dues and recovery expenses in this document.
Cada conductor de motocicleta que participe en cualquier salida, debe portar de manera obligatoria su Casco, Chamarra o chaleco, Botas, licencia, Tarjeta de Circulación, herramientas Personales, Etc.
Nunca podrá rebasar al Presidente al menos que él lo autorice. (siempre viaja hasta adelante del grupo)
Las señales del presidente deberán ser repetidas por los miembros que viajan detrás de él y el resto del grupo, para conocimiento de los de la retaguardia.
Nunca rebase traspasando la línea central de la pista a menos que el presidente se lo permita.
Está prohibido rebasar o circular en forma irresponsable, a través del grupo, cuando este se encuentre en movimiento.
Si desea rebasar a algún integrante del grupo, hágalo siempre con precaución manteniendo las distancias prudentes al ingresarse nuevamente a un puesto.
Queda prohibido, realizar maniobras para demostrar dominio sobre la moto cuando se va en grupo.
Si se va a detener haga la señal correspondiente al motociclista más cercano para que este pueda transmitir al presidente y este avise al grupo del evento y se tomen las decisiones de detención.
El presidente, no podrá detener la caravana, donde no exista espacio suficiente, para estacionar la totalidad del grupo en forma segura.
Las motos que no cuenten con luces direccionales, no podrán ocupar los extremos de la caravana especialmente de noche y viajaran en el centro del grupo.
Every motorcycle rider participating in any ride must always wear a helmet, jacket or vest, boots, a valid driver’s license, registration card, personal tools, etc.
Never overtake the President unless he authorizes it (always ride at the front of the group).
Signals given by the President must be repeated by the members riding behind him and the rest of the group, for the information of those in the rear.
Never overtake by crossing the center line of the road unless the President allows it.
Overtaking or riding recklessly through the group when it is in motion is prohibited.
If you wish to overtake another member of the group, always do so with caution and maintain a safe distance when re-entering your position.
It is forbidden to perform maneuvers to show off riding skills while riding in a group.
If you need to stop, make the appropriate signal to the closest rider so they can notify the President, who will then inform the group and make the necessary decisions regarding the stop.
The President cannot stop the caravan where there is insufficient space to safely park the entire group.
Motorcycles without turn signals should not occupy the ends of the caravan, especially at night, and should ride in the center of the group.
PROTOCOLOS Y DEFINICION DE CONCEPTOS
Estos tienen como finalidad compartir en grupo, obteniendo como resultado mostrar nuestra amistad,
convivencia y pasión por el motociclismo.
Como el MC tiene un alto compromiso con el grupo, se establecen normas de seguridad, que están sujetas al
criterio de cada uno de los integrantes.
Como parte de cada salida se realizan las siguientes actividades:
Es la hora indicada, para reunirse en el lugar específico.
Es la fotografía que da inicio al paseo con los integrantes que hayan asistido a la reunión para publicar en el sitio Web.
Es la hora con que se inicia la partida de las motos, esta es definitiva y sin postergaciones.
Es la actividad que se realiza al inicio o al retorno del paseo, tiene como finalidad verificar el estado de la moto.
Es la actividad donde se determina la terminación del evento, para poder organizar las rutas que tomara cada persona donde dejara al grupo; esto se hace para que la salida de un integrante no confunda a la persona que lo siga creyendo que esa es la ruta a seguir; se agruparan al final en orden ascendente del grupo los primeros programados a dejarlo.
Es la fotografía de grupo que da término al paseo con todos los integrantes de este, para su publicación en el sitio web.
Son los encargados de dirigir y tomar decisiones en beneficio del Club.
Personas identificadas claramente con su respectiva chamarra y/o chaleco.
Personas que acompañan nuestros eventos, en algunas ocasiones identificados con alguna prenda adquirida en el club.
PROTOCOLS AND DEFINITION OF CONCEPTS
These protocols aim to promote group bonding, friendship, and a passion for motorcycling.
As the MC has a strong commitment to the group, safety rules are established, which are subject to the discretion of each member.
As part of each ride, the following activities are carried out:
The designated time to gather at the specific location.
The photograph that marks the beginning of the ride with the members who attended the meeting, to be published on the website.
The time when the motorcycle journey begins, and this is final without delays.
The activity carried out at the start or return of the ride to check the condition of the motorcycles.
The activity where the end of the event is determined to organize the routes that each person will take to leave the group. This is done to prevent confusion among riders following someone who is leaving, thinking that it’s the route to follow. Those scheduled to leave first will group up at the end in ascending order.
The group photo marking the end of the ride with all participants, to be published on the website.
Individuals responsible for leading and making decisions for the club’s benefit.
Individuals clearly identified with their respective jackets and/or vests.
Individuals who accompany our events, sometimes identified with club-acquired clothing.
ESTRUCTURA DRAGON KNIGHTS
Persona que dirige y lleva a un buen fin al Club, es quien guía el grupo de motociclistas hasta el destino, se ubica en la punta del grupo y es quien marca los tiempos de traslados y detención. por ningún motivo se puede rebasar al líder de punta, el realizar dicha acción, tendrá como medida una sanción y explicación de su parte a los integrantes. para sobrepasarlo en carretera se deberá solicitar la autorización del mismo.
Persona que en faltas temporales del Presidente dirige y lleva a un buen fin al Club, Persona
encargada de supervisar el comportamiento de todo el grupo que va detrás del presidente, y en general de los
motociclistas en la ruta. Será el encargado de amonestar o sancionar a algún miembro del club que ponga en
riesgo la seguridad de los demás, igualmente es la persona autorizada a salirse de la formación en ruta en
cualquier momento
Son personas encargadas de la seguridad del club y principalmente de la seguridad del Presidente y Vicepresidente, Son personas encargadas de mantener la estructura en la ruta, indicando el tipo de formación a adquirir y ordenando al grupo, además serán los indicados de cerrar calles, para permitir el paso completo de las motos.
Es la persona encargada de mantener comunicados a los responsables de la cola y de la punta sobre posibles
eventos, por lo tanto, es la persona autorizada a salirse de la formación en ruta en cualquier momento. también
es la persona que viaja al final del grupo o en cualquier posición con el fin de prestar ayuda o atención a alguna
moto o persona que sufra algún evento, tendrá la responsabilidad de avisar al presidente
Persona encargada de apoyar al presidente y vicepresidente y llevar información importante
referente al club.
Persona encargada de llevar las finanzas del club el cual es apoyado en esta tarea por el Presidente y Vicepresidente.
Conformada por el presidente y vicepresidente, los cuales podrán incluir miembros Full Patch a la misma si así lo requieren.
Toda la información referente a las salidas, se encontrará disponible en nuestro sitio Web Facebook, Instagram,
y demás plataformas sociales que manejemos, en publicaciones frecuentes.
En cada salida existe una estructura de personas que velan por la seguridad y el buen término de la actividad,
el respeto a estas personas es indispensable, el no respeto a las indicaciones de estas personas, los dejara en
estudio de su participación y/o continuidad en el MC.
DRAGON KNIGHTS STRUCTURE
The person who leads and guides the club to success. They lead the group of motorcyclists to the destination, position themselves at the front of the group, and dictate the travel and rest times. Under no circumstances can they be overtaken without authorization. Overtaking them on the road will result in penalties and an explanation to the members. To overtake the President on the road, permission must be requested.
The person who, in the temporary absence of the President, leads and guides the club to success. They supervise the behavior of the entire group riding behind the President and, in general, of the motorcyclists on the route. They are responsible for warning or sanctioning any club member who endangers the safety of others. They are also authorized to leave the formation on the road at any time.
Individuals responsible for the club’s security, primarily the President and Vice President’s safety. They maintain the formation on the road, indicating the type of formation to adopt and directing the group. They are also responsible for closing streets to allow the motorcycles to pass safely. They communicate potential events to the leaders of the group and are authorized to leave the formation on the road at any time. They also ride at the rear of the group or in any position to provide assistance or attention to any motorcycle or person experiencing an issue, and they are responsible for notifying the President.
The person responsible for supporting the President and Vice President and conveying important information regarding the club.
The person responsible for assisting the President and Vice President in managing the club’s finances.
Composed of the President and Vice President, who may include full patch members as needed. All information regarding rides will be available on our website, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms we use, in frequent posts.
During each ride, there is a structure of individuals responsible for safety and the successful completion of the activity. Respecting these individuals is essential, as disregarding their instructions may result in a review of your participation and/or continuation in the MC.

El uso o solicitud de logotipos o Insignias para publicidad o cualquier otro asunto está limitado al uso exclusivo de los miembros del MC, nadie externo al mismo podrá usar cualquiera de los logotipos o insignias del MC sin el consentimiento del mismo, ya que los derechos de autor limitan el uso del mismo o los mismos. toda persona que requiera el uso de algún logotipo deberá solicitar el permiso correspondiente y por escrito al Presidente del MC.

No one external to the club may use any MC logos or insignias without the club’s consent, as copyright restrictions limit their use. que las dos últimas evoluciones del dragón son exclusivas de Presidente y Vice-Presidente.
HOW TO RECOGNIZE THE HIERARCHY OF OUR CLUB MEMBERS
Dragon Knights MC uses the evolution of the dragon to recognize the hierarchy of different club members. The more hierarchy a member has within the club, the more developed their dragon emblem will be. You will see this hierarchy on jackets or vests on the front right side below the pocket. Keep in mind that the last two dragon emblems are exclusive to the President and Vice President.
CUOTAS Y GASTOS DE RECUPERACION
Se deberá pagar una cuota mensual acordada por los miembros full patch de Dragon Knights MC esta será
consignada en cuenta destinada para lo mismo y será utilizada únicamente con fines y uso exclusivo de fondos
para actividades grupales, desarrollo de imagen, proyección a cualquier actividad que beneficie al crecimiento
e imagen de Dragon Knights MC.
La rendición del fondo de recuperación y gastos del mismo deberá estar siempre bajo supervisión de la mesa
directiva.
el uso del mismo se aplicará a solo eventos acordados por todos los miembros del MC.
FEES AND RECOVERY EXPENSES
Members of Dragon Knights MC must pay a monthly fee agreed upon by the full patch members. This fee will be deposited in an account designated for this purpose and will be used solely for group activities, image development, and support for any activities that benefit the growth and image of Dragon Knights MC.
The management of recovery funds and expenses must always be supervised by the board of directors.
The use of these funds will be limited to events agreed upon by all MC members.
RETIROS DEL MC
Todos los miembros del club previa revisión de la mesa directiva podrán ser retirados de Dragon Knights MC por la siguientes razones:
- Perdida de Licencia de conducción de motocicleta.
- Perdida o cambio de motocicleta que no cumpla con la características exigidas en este documento.
- Retiro Voluntario de cada miembro.
- Faltas injustificadas a los diferentes eventos organizados o propuestos por Dragon Knights MC.
- Cometer delitos contra miembros de Dragon Knights o contra el club Directamente.
- Malos comportamientos en vía o calle que dejen el nombre del club en entredicho.
- Agresividad verbal o física contra algún miembro de Dragon Knights o Familiares de los mismos.
- Incumplimiento con sus cuotas mensuales y/o cuotas solicitadas para cubrir eventos creados o apoyados por el club.
- Tener y/o suscitar relaciones amorosas con cualquier pareja o expareja de los miembros del Club
MC WITHDRAWALS
All club members, after review by the board of directors, may be withdrawn from Dragon Knights MC for the following reasons:
- Loss of a motorcycle driver’s license.
- Loss or change of a motorcycle that does not meet the requirements outlined in this document.
- Voluntary withdrawal of a member.
- Unjustified absences from different events organized or proposed by Dragon Knights MC.
- Committing crimes against Dragon Knights members or directly against the club.
- Misbehavior on the road that tarnishes the club’s name.
- Verbal or physical aggression against any member of Dragon Knights or their family members.
- Failure to pay monthly dues and/or fees requested to cover club-created or supported events.
- Having and/or initiating romantic relationships with any partner or ex-partner of club members.
